The 2-storey residential adaptation of an old lot and transformed into a Tropic-Master 1 beauty. With the creative collaboration between the client and the architect, similar to lotus springing from the mud the metamorphosis of Promenade Residence bloomed like a different visual. The play on the sun shading from the very façade created a different appeal that are of the first of SchédioWithout losing the elements of a Tropic – Master 1 like the stone and wood works and the signature overhangs.
